Soroptimist House of Hope

House of Hope is a residential treatment facility for women to overcome alcohol and chemical dependency.  Residents receive counseling, classes in parenting, self-esteem, and other topics to assist them in remaining clean and sober as they prepare to re-enter the mainstream. Administrators are graduates of the program and are supported strongly by Alumni.

Breast Cancer Fund

The Breast Cancer Fund works to connect the dots between breast cancer and exposures to chemicals and radiation in our everyday environments.
We translate scientific evidence linking breast cancer and environmental exposures into public education and advocacy campaigns that protect our health and reduce breast cancer risk by transforming how our society thinks about and uses chemicals and radiation with the goal of preventing breast cancer in women and sustaining life and health. We find practical solutions so that our children, grandchildren and planet can thrive.
